The room was very dirty, the washroom wasn’t clean at all, and there was no satisfactory lake view; in short, the room was dirty and there was no lake view.

The spot is great, but the washroom wasn’t clean.

I like the quick service of the staff. The staff was efficient. Didn’t like the room, the lake view for which they charged so much, was covered by trees and the lake was not visible. The washrooms had earthworms and kept smelling. The duvet was smelling so bad. The lady who answered the call was very rude. The menu is super expensive for Bhimtal
