The neighborhood feels a bit scary at first, but it’s very convenient to the Napoli train station, making it easy to catch the high‑speed Frecciarossa (Red Arrow) and to use the local metro for inexpensive trips around Naples. The area is sketchy, so stay alert.

The restaurant was excellent, food tasty and service outstanding, and check‑out was quick. However, the tub was clogged, the double bed was actually two single beds, and breakfast was missing for the price, so the value felt low. At check‑in I was asked if I was traveling alone, a question that feels inappropriate for security purposes.

I couldn't eat when I arrived because the restaurant and bar were closed.

The dinner at the restaurant was good. The bathroom had mold and hair, wallpaper was peeling from the wall, the carpet was full of stains, and the whole hotel clearly needs a major renovation—definitely not a 4‑star place.
