Location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy.

Veronica at the reception was exceptional, very helpful and kind; everything was perfect, and I even enjoyed staying for a day—it was fabulous.

The hotel is within walking distance of everything, but the quality of the room shows it’s more like a 3‑ or 4‑star place, not a 5‑star.

The location is very convenient, check‑in was seamless, and the staff communicated well before our arrival. The room was a bit small but otherwise had everything we needed and was comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. However, the ads promised a rooftop or balcony with an Eiffel Tower view, yet our room looked out onto an alleyway between buildings, and it seemed no Eiffel Tower views were available unless you paid for a premium room; if a rooftop lounge or balcony existed for guests, it wasn’t mentioned.
