“A true home away from home!”

The room was very clean, the property was relaxing, safe, and the quiet gazebo offered outdoor comfort, and breakfast was fresh and nourishing with boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, and bagels; they really go the extra mile and the posterpedic beds are amazing, but at 5 am another guest was playing very loud music and woke me up; there was only the desk clerk and no security, so nothing could be done as the party people would not answer the clerk's calls, and a nighttime security guard would help.

The room had a mirror above the bed and around the Jacuzzi, so I felt there was no privacy.

The Suites had many little touches that made it nice, such as quiet classical music piped through the property, the lights and the pool, the immaculate breakfast room with a lovely assistant, and polite cleaners who provided extras we needed.

I was treated great and they were very understanding and great customer service, but the pool and the environment left something to be desired.

“It was a a close place to stay where I was at.”

It was very close to the venue I was at and the pool was fun, yet my room was supposed to be handicap accessible, the shower wasn’t accessible, and it was almost impossible to move the wheelchair and walker, though I managed it.
