The hotel’s system broke down; I had extended my stay, yet the room door was opened without any inquiry.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly at breakfast. The rooms had plenty of shelves, a wardrobe, and storage in the bathroom. The location is good with public transport connections. There is no elevator, which is a bit of a problem for me right now because I have some mobility issues.

The location isn’t bad, it’s quiet, close to the Rhine, so you can walk and cross the bridge into the city. The hotel room looked tidy and had good beds. You have to check in yourself with a code you receive by email, so no one is at the desk; that was a bit confusing. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive.

The bed was okay. A bottle of water comes with glasses. Spiders in the room are really not what I expect as a frequent guest.
