The staff were remarkably friendly, always attentive and ready to help. The facilities feel very welcoming, perfect for relaxing and feeling comfortable right away. The garden is beautiful, creating a calm and soothing atmosphere. Plus, the location is great: close enough to walk comfortably to Chacras center, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Nothing fell short of my expectations.

The location is superb, the place is gorgeous and full of style, and Carlos, the owner, offers impeccable service! He is polite and helpful with every request! We felt right at home!
