Arriving at 5 am, the front desk clerk was not friendly; she was on a personal call and told me to wait while my confirmation was processed, even though I already had it. I had to stand and show her my confirmation, which seemed to anger her. She never smiled or greeted me, and then claimed my card wouldn’t go through. I suspect she called security while I was on my computer trying to figure out the issue, and a security guard walked in as I walked out. My daughter was in the hospital, and this experience only made things harder; I didn’t leave a negative review, though I probably should.

This hotel is great for the price. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Rooms are slightly small but very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable, and there’s a nice shower. Great for us traveling with our dog. Having the Joplin 44 center a available next door is amazing for all your needs and fun to visit. Would definitely stay again. Nothing we didn’t like.

“Overal all, very worth the money paid.”

The pool was warm, just my style, and the hot tub was excellent; the beds were very comfortable. For the money we paid, it was an amazing stay overall. The breakfast attendant was aware the whole time. You’re not allowed to take the towels with you after swimming. The bathroom was very small with only a shower. The beds are full size—pay attention. You can hear everything in the hallway at night, and the door showed light through it.
