The staff were amazing, especially Megan. The place was very clean and inviting. The first room I was in had a horrible odor and the AC wasn’t working properly, but I was quickly moved to another room. The walls are also very thin.

The lobby and courtyard were nice, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The advertised heated pool turned out to be ice cold, and the room was dusty and didn’t feel like a four‑star or five‑star room, but it was acceptable for what I was there for.

Heated pool, huge room, great breakfast, family friendly and nice staff!. I hated the fact I had to pay for better wifi for my son to play his game but that was the only problem for me

I liked how close the hotel was to the food stores I prefer. When I tried to get a partial refund for leaving a day early, the desk clerk instead of refunding me charged an extra 383.00, which I finally received back a week later.
