The hotel is very close to public transportation, check‑in was smooth, and the front desk clerk was friendly. The room can get quite hot, so the AC had to be on, and it was a bit loud.

The location was somewhat convenient. The room wasn’t clean; the floor needed serious mopping, and the comforter was stained and had cigarette burn holes.

The staff were kind, but there were molds on the tub.

The location was fine and we had everything we needed, but the pillows were terrible—only one per person.
