The place was clean and well‑organized, but the AC in my room never worked; even after trying to adjust it, the room stayed hot.

Everything in my room 423 was spotless and nice, and the breakfast was fine, but I had to wait over an hour for the airport shuttle, which is understandable though inconvenient.

The room was decent, but the lobby was filthy and looked very old, and the hotel overall was terrible—elevators and doors didn't work properly, making it a poor deal for the price.
