The location is excellent; the receptionist is a sweetheart and very kind; the reservation staff is understanding and responded promptly to all my requests; breakfast is great. The room is spacious. The accessibility to the café is difficult for me because I have a leg problem; it didn’t ruin the stay, and a friend helped me up. There’s a step at the reception to access the rooms that needs a sign; twice I almost fell and saw someone else have the same issue, especially at night with low lighting. I already mentioned it on other occasions and they didn’t fix it.

The space is large, airy, very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is attentive and polite.
