The staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive to customers, and the place was spotless.

The welcome was excellent, the breakfast plentiful, and the location was soothing and well‑situated. If the reception number—or better yet, an intercom display—were provided at check‑in when the door was closed, the hotel would be even more perfect!

I stayed for two nights and the receptionist was very friendly; everything was spotless and the elevator works great for guests with mobility issues.

Having an on‑site restaurant is a plus, and the lady working there is genuinely pleasant; the housekeeping staff are very polite and the quality of their work deserves applause. The only downside might be the stress of “madame.”
