Great location, friendly people, comfortable, clean, tasty breakfast. The pool, hot tub, everything is as it should be. Good price‑quality ratio. Special thanks to Ms. Tetiana for her hospitality.

One of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains, causing discomfort both morning and evening. The bathroom lacked liquid soap, only an empty bottle. The kids’ room smelled of mold and spider webs.

This hotel is a fairy tale, from the host to the kitchen. The location is great, the rooms are clean and modern, the indoor heated pool, and the food is super tasty—made our vacation unforgettable. Every window offers a nice view, a huge private balcony, swings, a grill—everything you want. Near the hotel is a beautiful lake, a river with rapids, just amazing. For those without a car, the stop is very convenient. Thank you, Ms. Valentyna, for the delicious Ukrainian cuisine, and a special thank you to Ms. Tetiana for your invaluable work, a big good heart—you’re the best. Next time only to you.

I was absolutely shocked—this place is a nightmare, not a hotel at all. The parking is a mess: two spots block the entrance, yet they let four cars park there, and when one driver leaves, the next one has to move theirs, even at the entrance. Getting into the room I bought on Booking required climbing odd stairs without proper railings or clear gaps. The window in the room is huge, floor‑to‑ceiling, without handrails, and opening it could drop you from the third floor. When I opened it, a meter away I could see the chimney’s smoke pipe, and all that smoke drifted straight into the room.
