The room was fully equipped for a comfortable stay, located close to the hospital, and breakfast was included. The price‑quality ratio is good, so I recommend it.

“Sufficente come appoggio.”

The breakfast garden, though not well tended, was very relaxing. The location was nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying there for a holiday. The bathroom in the room smelled of smoke, and overall the room was dirty.

The location was perfect, right next to the hospital, and the double room was great; the cleaning lady was very friendly. The description lists “free street parking” as a service, which made me think the B&B offered parking, but in reality you have to find it yourself. On the first night in a single room, some workers next to the window were very noisy.

The property sits right across from the hospital and close to the stadium. Compared to the city centre it’s peripheral, yet well served by buses. The room isn’t very large but is fine for a single night. I reported a broken bathroom door handle to the owner. Read the house rules carefully, even in English (they’re not identical in all versions; the extra charge for heating appears only in the English version). Any additional service (self‑check‑in, heating, air‑conditioning, etc.) is extra and often must be requested well in advance because there’s no staff on site (for a Sunday stay I would have needed to request heating activation by Saturday morning). In short, it’s an economical stay if you adapt and follow the booking instructions; if you need heating or AC it may not stay competitive. I didn’t use breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. I’ll probably look for other options in the future. The room had a broken bathroom door and the owner made many requests.

“Disappointing Stay.”

We were able to take breakfast away and kept to the complex as much as possible. Someone entered our room to leave a payment receipt beside the bed while we were not there, without any prior warning or message afterwards. We arrived in the pouring rain, used our towels to dry off immediately, and then had nowhere to dry them; they weren’t replaced over the three days we stayed. I didn’t like how the room was presented – it wasn’t clean; I walked in with my shoes off and felt dirt from the floor on the soles of my feet. The walls were oddly half‑painted and just didn’t feel nice. We didn’t use the breakfast room; it smelled like old coffee and was very musty.
