The location is great so far, and the staff are kind and polite. The room next to ours made a lot of noise at night, making it hard to sleep.

The staff are wonderful, but the security process was a bit cumbersome.

The service was excellent, and there were no issues at all.

Everything was good, except the check‑in time. During booking I chose the check‑in to be between 11‑12, then I was surprised that they said it would be subject to availability and you would receive the room by 2 PM. The check‑in time was chosen during the booking; if this option is not available, it is better to remove it or mention the exact check‑in starting from 2 PM.
