“A fabulous villa for a wonderful holiday.”

A beautiful, spacious, and well‑designed detached villa with three sides to sit out on and follow the sun all day. It was spotless, with very comfortable king‑size beds, cozy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Host Georgia was welcoming, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Walking to a good selection of restaurants along the sea front and in the old town was easy. We were aware of some construction work nearby, but it really wasn’t a problem.

The location, new furnishings, impeccable cleanliness, and the owner's superb courtesy were all outstanding. Fresh drinks and sweets were included, and nothing was missing – everything you could need for a relaxing holiday! Highly recommended! Nothing was lacking; it was all perfect.

“Traumurlaub im Traumhaus auf einer traumhaften Insel.”

A gorgeous house, tastefully and cozily furnished, bathed in light with a large outdoor area. A short walk to the sea! Kissamos is an absolutely original place, a nice little town center with charming small shops and taverns (10 minutes from the house). On the beach you can stroll wonderfully and sit in lovely taverns right by the sea. No complaints.

“Absolut traumhaft!”

A truly dreamlike house – modern, stylish, and equipped with everything you could need. We travel a lot, yet this level of comfort is rarely encountered. Georgia’s communication was outstanding; she’s incredibly friendly and promptly handled every request. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and we’re definitely coming back.

“A perfect family holiday in a beautiful villa with wonderful hosts!”

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with our two families, and everything surpassed what we expected. The villa was gorgeous, spotless, roomy, and fully equipped, and its proximity to the beach was a bonus. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, welcoming us right from day one. Honestly, there’s nothing to criticize; everything ran smoothly and we’d gladly return. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
