The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, and the location was good. The pool area was beautiful. However, the shower was a bit dark inside, and the maids were not very good at restocking coffee and other items in the room. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

The evening felt a bit chilly and there was no heater available.

I stayed for the third time at Croco; the room was spotless and I loved the hot tub. Breakfast was perfect, and the food by the pool—especially the chicken skewers and arancini—was fantastic. The staff were attentive and went beyond expectations, communication was effortless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel was relaxed and chilled. They were kind and welcoming, even offering complimentary breakfast when we stayed elsewhere that night. I won’t be leaving Croco again and plan to spend the entire trip there! I did miss the diptyque toiletries and the complimentary nuts that came with drinks, and I’d like to see Diet Coke/Coca Cola light returned to the menu.
