“good location and value. nice and safe.”
The location was good, within 1/2 hour to 45 min from all popular trails, close to a grocery store and restaurants. The facility was very quiet with a decent kitchen. The communal bathroom was a bit odd because there was no gender differentiation, but I never felt unsafe staying alone. It was a bit outdated and could use some cleanup of construction materials.

The beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, A/C, and TV. The basement offered a nice space with a pool table, big‑screen TV, washer/dryer, and a full‑size kitchen. The showers in the bathroom were dated and a little tight.

The place was really good, comfortable, clean, and spacious. I totally recommend it. The TV was very small and not smart, so I couldn't watch what I wanted.

The location was fine. The room was dirty with cobwebs and many things needed fixing, like broken blinds on the windows that faced the common deck sitting area. The bathroom was right next to where other guests sat, so they could hear me. Quiet time starts at 10 pm, but I booked a private room to study. The room was next to a common area where drunk women were yelling and clapping. When I asked about quiet hours in my pajamas so I could sleep, the property manager told me I could go to the basement. So next time, don't bother paying for a room because the basement is where you should sleep.
