The hotel is lovely and the pillows are the best ever, though it’s pricey, it’s worth every penny.

The hotel is very beautiful, very clean and comfortable with a well‑crafted design right in the heart of Todos Santos.

The pool was warm, but when we arrived the room seemed dirty: the floor wasn’t clean, the bathroom had a little hair on the toilet cover, and the sheets had hair and the pillows were dirty. At night cockroaches slipped in through the main door, and the water in the pitcher tasted odd. Even though the policy allows checkout from 5am, the clerk didn’t arrive until 7:20am, so we had to wait that long.
