I absolutely loved the staff — they were the best! The guy serving breakfast is such a sweetheart 😍. The facilities are very good, the room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, I had a lovely stay! I will give 9 just because of the staff!!!!! but the hotel deserve 7. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. For a hotel, this is a pretty basic necessity. I’ve stayed in $1 hostels with hotter showers, so this was honestly very disappointing

Great location, only 2 mins walk from the lake and also close to loads of shops. Great as a cheap stop over and getting supplies before going off on a trek. Room was a good sizd and had a nice view of the mountains on the morning. Bed wasn't so comfortable and doors slamming through the night meant we didn't get a great night sleep. Shower was only slightly warm

Great location in lakeside. Near restaurants and the lake. Taxi stand just down road 1 minute. Awesome spa connected with hotel just up the street. Great included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Generator restores power during frequent blackouts. Nothing negative.
