A €177 deposit was taken and never refunded; despite multiple emails asking for an explanation, I received no response, and being ignored after paying is utterly unacceptable and very disappointing.

The location was good, but we were given two beds instead of the single extra‑large bed we had booked, the check‑in and check‑out were slow, the facilities were poor, and overall the quality was lacking.

I stayed near JFK and the room was spacious with a comfy bed, but the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up from the airport never arrived even after I waited until 6:18, and some of the staff seemed bored or forced in their roles, plus the breakfast selection was quite limited.

The shuttle service worked well and the hotel is close to the airport, but the bed was hard and the pillows were poor.
