The hotel is within walking distance of food, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

The rooms felt a bit tight and cramped. The shower head was short of a rain head and left a little to be desired. The height of the shower head was also barely in reach and may be difficult to adjust for more vertically challenged clientele.

“Not good”

When we arrived, the hotel looked nothing like the online pictures. We couldn’t check in at our scheduled time even though we’d already told the hotel our arrival time. After we finally checked in, we found our room was a connecting room with another guest’s room. The other guests were noisy, and they kept fiddling with the handle on the connecting door, which made us feel uneasy and worried about privacy and safety. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable: the sheets had stains, the chairs had crumbs and seemed poorly cleaned, and the toilet was dirty with visible stains. Overall, the hotel and room were not what was advertised, and we didn’t feel comfortable or safe. We are very disappointed with the experience.
