I was excited about the location and the bed was comfy, but the suite didn’t live up to the hype—every night I found bat or rat droppings on the balcony and on the table, the shower was broken, and the sockets were loose. I paid £356 for two nights and felt let down; the hotel is marketed as 4‑star, yet the rooms feel more like a 2‑star place, only the reception and lobby give a 4‑star vibe.

The hotel is modern and pretty, the room and bathroom are comfy, parking is spacious and free, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the café is great, and the views inside and outside are beautiful. I’d recommend it!
