Very friendly staff. The beautiful pool inside the house. The balloon ride could be booked at a fair price in the hotel. The parking is directly at the house. The hotel is very quiet, away from the bustle, yet the city center is only a few minutes' walk. The laundry service worked well.

The breakfast was fantastic, the location is super central, the rooms are spacious and unique, the bar area, pool, and spa are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue was a tent in the shower, otherwise the hotel is highly recommended.

The location is truly strategic for getting around Goreme and the pool is very convenient for spending a relaxing afternoon. The rooms need better cleaning!
