The food tasted good and the service in the food department was fine, plus they gave many water bottles in the room. The dinner menu was very limited compared to other 5‑star restaurants, the check‑out time listed was 12.00 but it actually was 10.00, the front desk communication was poor and they seemed confused about their own policy, making guests confused too. The restaurant is only 3 stars, not 5, they give only one card for room and electricity access which becomes difficult with family, and there is no hair dryer in the room unless you request one.

I had a truly great experience with my family; my mother‑in‑law is old and we wanted a place to mostly relax without having to go out often, and Sia Palace delivered that. They offered an in‑house swimming pool, a terrace garden with a beautiful view, and a great restaurant. The cleanliness, the staff’s behaviour, and the food quality matched what you’d expect from a 5‑star hotel. I was very satisfied with our stay, though the checkout time is actually 10 am, not 12 noon as shown in the app.
