“Empfehlenswert für Städteurlaub in der Altstadt”
Very central in the old town near Piazza Navona, very nice and friendly staff. Italian breakfast with fruit. The room is small, suitable for a short stay. Modern room security.

Excellent service and top location – absolutely recommended! We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, everything is reachable quickly. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were a trio: my husband, my 13‑year‑old daughter, and me. A special highlight: because we had to leave early, a small breakfast was brought to our room beforehand. That great service really impressed us! We’ll gladly return anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time! I personally found the pillows uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was small but very good. The staff were very nice! Everything was very clean and the rooms were spotless every day. Wi‑Fi worked well, even for streaming. There was a fridge in the room. The location is absolutely top, one block behind Piazza Navona. Practically central, many notable sights are within walking distance, otherwise good bus connections (€1.50, buy in kiosk/traffic office) or about €9 by taxi. In the bathroom there was a mini trash can; one in the room would have helped. It felt quite cramped. One wardrobe, two small narrow tables (you can put about two laptops side by side, then the space is full), two chairs. No extra wall hooks. It’s a challenge to find where to put things and how to move around. The rooms are quite noisy, I slept with earplugs, so it worked (but I’m generally acoustically sensitive). The beds were really bad. I had read that others complained, but I thought it wouldn’t be that bad, yet it was uncomfortable: the mattresses are convex and very hard. The consequence: if the centre of gravity isn’t in the middle third along the length, you actually fall out. Then there’s the typical Italian system with sheets tucked under the mattress. Nights were only partially restful.

Very central location, still fairly quiet and helpful staff. The bed was a bit too firm for me.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The location is good. Unfortunately, you can’t open the window because of traffic noise.
