The kids flew over the mattresses, the rooms were a bit cramped, and the place was relatively close to the metro. There was a corner that felt like a place to cook with a microwave but no fridge. The location was inaccurate on Google Maps, the place was dirty, towels were paid for and there was even no hand soap. The stairs were dangerous and unsafe. After a night, she suddenly said that because we arrived early and she let us into the room, we had to pay an extra half day and she did us a favor. She could have mentioned at arrival that we had pre‑booked and that we were leaving our stuff and walking around like we always did when the room wasn’t ready. It was just a sham I’ve never encountered elsewhere.
