The location was good, but the old building had a very uncomfortable bathroom with only one mirror that was not full‑height and a single light that went out after a few seconds; the room was tiny, a double, but I was alone so it was tolerable.

The location was not bad, the metro is 5‑7 minutes away, the Colosseum is about a 30‑minute walk, and the Trevi Fountain is just 8 minutes on foot. However, I could hear everything from other guests; I even heard a child’s story whispered by the next door guest. The facilities were old, the bathroom was frankly dirty, and we saw two small German cockroaches.

The staff, especially the lady’s willingness to help, were great; the location makes it easy to reach many attractions the capital offers, and the price is very reasonable for short stays.

The place sits right in the city center and the staff are super friendly, but the shower didn’t work properly.

The spot is great—close to everything, quiet, and the AC was fine. However, everything was filthy, smelled awful, the toilet was disgusting with hair everywhere, the shower head was dirty and clogged so water wouldn’t come out when you shower. The room had a coffee maker, water heater, and milk, but I’m not sure if the toilet or heaters were cleaner. I wouldn’t stay again; if they fixed the cleaning issues it could be a good stay.
