I was impressed by the personal service, but when I arrived the hotel was locked tight; only after calling the neighbor did someone come to let me in.
The location is central, yet the cost feels high for what you receive, and the door locks didn’t feel secure.

The staff were very friendly and answered every question; the ferry‑harbor tips were useful, and at departure for the Corn Islands the front door opened at 5.45 am without complaint. However, the hotel price is too high; Bluefields feels like a “hot spot” at night, and after the restaurant it’s best to take a taxi, leaving a bad impression of the city.
The price was low, but the owner’s phone was loud early in the morning, which was annoying.
