Perfect stay—don’t trust the negative reviews. 1. Great spot close to Pune railway station. 2. Staff were polite. 3. Old‑school vibe in a modern setting gives a nostalgic feel. 4. No hidden fees. 5. Bring the proper documents as stated. No complaints; everything was fine at this price.

The location was fine. I booked an AC room, but no AC was supplied; the owner/ staff demanded an extra ₹400 to provide an AC room. That’s lying, cheating, and charging a customer for a pre‑booked room. He raised the cost of the non‑AC room that was actually given.
