Bavaro Beach Dakhla

The breakfast was different from what I usually have and it was a nice discovery. The rooms need to be renovated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A paradisiacal stay, an unforgettable experience! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Le Bavaro hotel in Dakhla. ✨ The setting is simply paradisiacal, a true little paradise where you almost forget you’re in Morocco! Everything was in place for an exceptional experience, from the magnificent surroundings to the quality of service. We booked the presidential suite and it was simply incredible! Comfort, amenities, service and room service met our expectations, even exceeded them. The entire staff was fantastic, always welcoming, attentive and caring. We especially want to thank Toufik, who took care of us most of the time. He is a gold‑mine of kindness and rare professionalism. He truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable with his attention, availability and goodwill. A big thank you to him! ❤️ The food was a real treat! The cuisine was delicious and breakfast was very pleasant, with everything you need to start the day in the best conditions. The pool, outdoor spaces, beach, overall vibe… everything was perfect. You feel a real desire to please customers and offer them a unique experience. We leave with beautiful memories and one wish: to return as soon as possible! A huge thank you to the whole team at Bavaro for this exceptional stay. We recommend this hotel with closed eyes to anyone looking for luxury, calm, a paradisiacal setting and impeccable service. “Fantastic location and facilities, staff training does not live up to the price of stay”

The pool and beach area are amazing, and the rooms are solid; I especially liked that I could use my included benefits at other hotels in the chain. On the downside, cleaning was spotty—some days the floors weren’t swept, other days extra towels were left, and on another day there were no towels at all. The timing of room cleaning varied too; one morning it was done at 9 am, but after a 3 pm return from a morning excursion the room was still dirty. There was no safe in the room, and despite locking the patio door every morning for safety, the cleaning staff kept leaving it unlocked. When I raised this with the staff, there was no follow‑up, and I kept receiving mixed messages from the moment I arrived.

I want to sincerely thank Hajar, Chakib, Fatime Zahra, Otmane (Tulum), Ibrahim, and Karim (Bavaro) for being wonderful and doing everything they could to make our stay as smooth as possible; their kindness, availability, and attentiveness truly made a difference and helped us have a much more pleasant experience. A big thank you for their dedication and goodwill. Our first room was in poor condition with cockroaches, so we expressed our dissatisfaction and they switched us to a new room, which was excellent.
