The front desk staff were perfectly courteous, yet the emergency exit light was oddly placed right in front of the bed, blindingly bright and unwelcoming, and the bathroom blackout curtain had gaps that let in light after a shower, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was questionable—fries were cold and soggy next to other foods, making the spread unappetizing.
