The setting was delightful, with many different areas and entertainment options. The staff were kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help with requests. The shuttle service within the resort worked well. My mum needed a disability‑friendly room, and they were able to accommodate her. The photos were dated and did not reflect each chalet, which was misleading when booking. The pool grouting was poor, causing many cuts on our feet and legs. Extra activities were costly and not worth it. Check‑in for neighboring rooms, which we had requested ahead of time, was problematic. Advertising the disability status at booking time would be helpful. Cleaning under porches and some general maintenance, such as external painting of chalets, were needed.
