“The hell !!!”
For the first time in my life ( I use booking since 20 years almost) I went to the structure with my confirmation number and the room was not available. All the rooms were booked . Just I open the door of their hotel I immediately had the felling of dirty and unprofessional location. Reading some recension I discovered that I was not the first one I had this kind of problem. The staff of the hotel is terrible and leave you in middle of the road in full night without any kind of support. The should be shy for this kind of attitude. Ì strictly suggest to to don’t work with this kind of structure otherwise the prestigious of your brand we will quikly lost.
