The spot is well‑located, just a short walk from Beppu station, with many restaurants nearby, and the premises are clean. Nothing else to mention.

Excellent and friendly staff, great location in Beppu (close to train, bus, restaurants, CBD). Comfy firm bed, good AC/ventilation. And the best part, an amazing dry sauna that's clean and proper hot (90C) plus a cold plunge pool. I'm part Finn so I know a good sauna when I see one! Amazing value and without a doubt would stay here again!. Some guests in a neighbouring room came back very late (4am) and were not considerate at all of being quiet, especially with talking and constant door closing/locking that seemed to last for 30 minutes. Guests using the kitchen should also be more considerate of the messes they leave behind, and clean up after themselves especially if they cooked greasy or messy foods

Affordable price, clean. Sauna and bath area is quite small

The station is really close, and the lounge is spacious and great. The staff were also friendly.
