The apartment‑style setup was very complete: kitchenette, microwave, kettle, toaster… a good range of breakfast items and quality. The linens, pillows, blankets, Wi‑Fi, and power outlets were all good. The room was large with a huge terrace (though not very useful at this time of year). The renovation still needs finishing to shift from a home‑style to a B&B feel. The breakfast was self‑serve, rich and varied, but inevitably included packaged items.

The accommodation was spotless, absolutely quiet, and the surroundings were beautiful. It’s close to the town of San Daniele del Friuli, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was very kind and patient, making the stay genuinely pleasant. Thanks.
