The bed was very comfortable and the en suite looked freshly decorated. However, the room faced a busy building, so I had to keep the curtains shut for privacy, and it was next to a road, making it noisy. I arrived around 1.30pm and was immediately told that check‑in was only at 3pm, without checking if the room was ready. When I asked to be taken to my room at 3pm, the staff seemed reluctant to help, and I felt £129 was too steep for what was offered.

The location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My stay was very comfortable, and there was nothing I didn't like.
