“Great place”

The Manor was beautiful. The rooms were top-of-the-line. We loved that it was walkable to the downtown area. We had such beautiful weather and thoroughly enjoyed walking around. I guess I am just old-fashioned, but I didn’t like the fact that there were no staff other than the cleaning people, at the hotel. While the lobby is beautiful and very comfortable, there was no one to answer any questions. In all honesty, we got quick answers when we called with any questions. But it just wasn’t the personal interaction that I like. Also, since we did not have a balcony or Terrace room, I would have liked to have an outdoor seating/common area to enjoy the weather just somewhere to sit and enjoy the nice fall weather with maybe a cup of coffee or a cocktail

“Comfortable”

No breakfast. Could not get into our room. Lock not working. Had to change rooms. No fruit basket. Could not get into our room room. Lock not working remotely. Had to finally change rooms. No fruit basket. No electric plug beside bed

The décor is stunning in a fantastic location – calm, tasteful, and full of little details that made our stay memorable.

Everything was clean and well done; the rooms are roomy, quiet, and well equipped, with nice linens and a very comfortable bed. The location is great and the grounds are pretty. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming: just an apple, a few mandarins, and pre‑packed muffins in a metal box, so I wouldn’t call it a true breakfast.

“Loved the suite layout. Extremely clean. Great location.”

Breakfast was minimal, but I noticed a few small inconveniences: there was no bedside table on my side of the bed, no outlet for my phone on that side, the closest outlet was under a mirror at the foot of the bed, and neither of those receptacles worked.
