The room was spacious, well arranged and nicely furnished, but the gate entrance could use better paving. I also had a water interruption during my stay; the first day there was no notice, but the second day I was informed.

The staff were friendly, very patient and accommodating, but my preferred alcohol wasn’t available.

We booked three apartments and the Night bright pay platform charged us 205 euros the same day. We then cancelled within the free period and booked another apartment. We asked Booking for help but received nothing. At the hotel we explained the issue at reception, got the phone number of the front‑desk manager, who promised to handle it. We had the bank charge because we requested a certificate. We’re fed up with sending them WhatsApp messages that never get answered; they’re thieves. Also, when we were booking the apartment it said a spare bed was available, but when we arrived there was no spare bed.
