The breakfast buffet is good and the location is really great right behind Reperbahn – it's nice that there's a club‑like vibe in the bar and restaurant in the evening. The rooms are fine. There's nothing major to complain about, but I should mention the cleaning was a bit odd – a bathrobe was missing on day 2 and the remote was gone, though we found it under the bed.

It was my first time at this hotel and I liked the location. The hotel feels very impersonal overall. The reception is not conveniently located but hidden behind the bar. The whole vibe of the hotel does not match paying €300 a night for a single room without breakfast. In the room the light on the bed doesn’t work, and the small switches on the nightstand were non‑functional, so you always had to get up to turn the light on or off. It was disproportionately loud because there was a party somewhere in the hotel. The room has no minibar. Otherwise the hotel does not meet the standards I expect from hotels of this class.

“Homecoming”

The staff are fantastic, with top‑level service. A big thank you to Lara – she reads every wish from the eyes. Every stay feels “like coming home.” The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, the food is great and the drinks are the best.
