Oceania Clermont Ferrand

“Séjour exceptionnel”

The staff and welcome were absolutely exceptional! The team went out of their way with lovely little touches in the room to celebrate a special occasion, which made our stay even better. Huge thanks for their generosity, professionalism and kindness that made the moment unforgettable. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the wellness area was pleasant. (Special shout‑out to the young women at reception and the lady at breakfast for her friendliness)

“Great value for money in an excellent location”

The spot right in the city centre is spot on, and the price was a great deal compared to other centrally‑located hotels in different cities.

“Bon hôtel pour découvrir la ville à pied ou en transports publics !”

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot. The parking under the hotel was very appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive. We didn’t have breakfast. The sound insulation between the rooms and from outside, if good, could still be improved.

“Séjour agréable”

The hotel is ideally located just a five‑minute walk from Place de Jaude. The room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was varied. The staff were friendly and available. The room was not warm when we arrived; the air‑conditioning was on when it should have been heating! We turned on the heating but it shut off on its own while we were away the next day, and when we returned the room was cold again. The corridors and the breakfast area were also fairly cool.

The hotel is very well positioned in Clermont‑Ferrand. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The spa was very pleasant with open access. The cocktail was also very good.
