The experience was unforgettable – like being abroad at its peak. From the moment we entered until we left, everything was impeccably clean, well‑timed, tidy, and beautifully designed. The hotel was silent, the corridors quiet as if everyone walked on water. The service, however, was on a whole different level: everyone was exceptionally kind, polite, and the reception ladies were simply delightful, cheerful, and explained everything in a way rarely seen in the country. I must mention a tiny incident that perfectly illustrates their high‑level service mindset: while we were on our way to the reception desk in our beachwear, they had already spotted us from afar and immediately prepared a bag with towels and water bottles for us—without us even asking, just out of genuine care and sharp attention. Throughout our stay, they kept checking in, asking questions, and ensuring we had everything we needed. We wanted to upgrade our room (even though the original room was already amazing), and within minutes they arranged it with a wide smile and no effort on our part. This is the level of hospitality and pampering you’d expect abroad. Wow, wow, wow! We will definitely return many times. Highly recommended.
