“Breathtaking views, well-designed grounds and helpful staff”

The staff were friendly and helpful; when I didn’t have a Swiss plug, someone kindly provided one for me. The restaurant served great dinner and breakfast, and the view of Lake Geneva was amazing. It was the perfect hotel for visiting Chaplin’s World.

“Very pleasant despite the tiny size of the room”

The view was great, but I needed a car to get anywhere outside the property.

The location was good, the bar was nice, and the restaurant was good. We were staying in the villa above, not the main building, so the walk to the street was long, and the breakfast was too expensive.

The view was superb, the hotel was very well maintained, and the restaurant and bar were good. The staff were friendly and the rooms were fine. The location is great, a bit away from the city, but that makes it wonderful. The room was a little hot, and the breakfast could have offered fresh scrambled eggs.

“Overall, we had a good experience, but we did have higher expectations.”

The view was fantastic and the reception staff handled our room change request right away, no delays at all. Still, we expected more, especially since the hotel is far from the city centre. We were disappointed to see that the room we got didn’t match the photos and that the secondary building’s rooms differ from those in the main building.
