The room was not very clean and cold, and there was no way to heat it.

Sauna was a letdown – you had to pay extra to use it. The shower in the bathroom was broken, the water wasn’t warm enough, and the bedding was uncomfortable.

The place is in the center of the ski resort, which is convenient, but it was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep all night.
