Roaches in the rooms, light switches didn’t work, and both the kitchen and lobby were dirty. We never stayed; we walked in, walked right back out, and asked for a refund.

The staff was absolutely excellent, helpful and went above and beyond. The elevator didn’t operate, there were roaches in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi was terrible.

Only the location mattered. I’ve stayed there twice and the rooms are always dirty—trash, linens, towels, and floors. The bed sheets never get changed. Honestly, something is wrong with housekeeping.

I noticed roaches in the hotel, and the stuff on the wall looked nasty.
