I stayed at this hotel specifically to attend the musical theatre in the adjoining Marriott Theatre which I did the same 2 years ago. Can't get any better than this combination! Staff are wonderful!. Very happy with everything thanks

The area feels nice, and the hotel itself is big with a relaxed atmosphere. However, the common areas—lobby, breakfast, snack spots, pool, and especially the fire pit—were extremely dirty, littered with broken glass that needed urgent sweeping. It felt unsafe and unwelcoming, as if no cleaning had happened in days. The coffee cups at breakfast were stained, many still had lipstick on them, and the staff insisted on using paper cups. The pillows and beds were too soft, so I didn't sleep well. There was confusion over the back‑side breakfast we paid for, and the male server with spiked dark hair there was very rude.

I loved the pool; the outdoor one could have stayed open a bit later but it was great. The outside area was very relaxing. The first night there were no towels in the pool area, the pool closed too early, and there was no breakfast in the morning.
