Kazma Boutique Hotel

The staff were outstanding; you always feel looked after. The interior design is a bit quirky, which might not suit everyone, but it worked fine for me even with a little one who wanted to touch everything. I’d be willing to pay a little more for higher quality breakfast options. All else was good, though a few tweaks could improve the experience.

I stayed at a boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from Maccar the Freedom. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful with everything. Breakfast was excellent and varied. We received a chorizo platter when we arrived and a small gift when we left. For the internet, note that each floor has a Wi‑Fi booster and you should connect to the one that matches your floor number. Everything was perfect.

“Hyggelig personal, fine rom.”

The personnel were super friendly! I was ill during the trip and they did everything they could to make me feel better. The rooms were nice and spacious. The location is a bit away from the old town and you have to walk uphill to get to the hotel. Breakfast was just okay.

The staff were very friendly and helped us to heat our food, provided extra water and guidance where needed. The room was cleaned everyday and hot water available in the shower. Day 1 - there was no water in the hotel due to surrounding construction which was not informed before and we could not use the washroom which was inconvinient. Additional water in any form was not provided by the hotel
