It served as a bed for the night. Unfortunately, the tiles behind the shower door were black.

The owner was very friendly, the room was just 2 minutes from the sea front, had everything I expected, and was comfortable and warm—a bargain for the price I paid. I would book again without hesitation. The room could use a freshen‑up, but that would raise the price. There is no onsite parking, though a public car park sits at the top of the road. The next door property is a bit of an eyesore, but that’s beyond the owner’s control.

I always judge my stay by price, and this earned a perfect score; it had all the basics I need, a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a bonus tea/coffee station with cups and a kettle. Check‑in was straightforward, and Peter, the host, was fantastic and ensured I had everything I needed. For the price I paid, there was absolutely nothing I disliked—everything was perfect.
