The hotel is very well situated in the city center, the room is spacious and quiet, there is a parking garage below, and even though there was no one at reception I received all the parking and key instructions clearly; the breakfast was very good.

The location is ideal with a nearby parking lot, the staff are very friendly, the beds are super comfortable, and the city is pretty and less touristy than Bruges—overall a great stay!

The room and bathroom were clean and decent, but still a bit basic; the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good but also basic, and the location was very good overall, leaving us satisfied, although a few things were broken in the room (bathroom curtain and door handle), which seemed sloppy.

Late check‑in was easy, the bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of storage, but I didn't have breakfast and it also looked very basic.
