The restaurant and location were solid, and the reception team was genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, with filthy carpet and mats, hair on the bed that wasn’t ours, mould in the shower, and an uncomfortable bed.

The front desk and kitchen staff were stunningly friendly and accommodating. Though everything else was flawless, we had a last‑minute booking because we couldn’t fly out, yet the front desk and kitchen still treated us with remarkable kindness, for which I’m grateful.
